In the late summer of 2017, we completed work on our new commercial kitchen. The kitchen fits well in our holistic farm plan because it supports our mission of sustainability. We are now able to use all of the vegetables that we produce but don’t sell at market. Our products are both local and seasonal, showcasing the variety, quality, and broad flavor spectrum of food produced in Maine year round. Offerings change weekly, depending on ingredient availability, and range from pantry items and condiments to appetizers and stews. Many of our products are naturally vegan and gluten free.

Cindy is a certified Health Coach with a specialization in gut health. As a result, our products emphasize organic ingredients and nutrient density. We have family members with Crohn’s Disease and lactose intolerance, so we are sensitive to dietary restrictions. If you have a special request, please let us know!

We are currently selling our products at the Brunswick Winter Market at Fort Andross, Saturdays 9AM-12:30PM. We are looking forward to our summer markets at Falmouth, Cumberland, Wayne, and Winthrop. Stay tuned for times and locations!
